Job Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision-making in a manufacturing industry setting. You will be responsible for data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Managemen t

• Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources for analysis in Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Establish and maitain data quality protocols in collaboration with the team.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct financial and operational data analysis using Excel.
• Summarize insights into clear, concise reports.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly business metric reporting.

3. Data Visualization

• Design visually compelling charts and graphs to present data insights using Excel and PowerPoint.

4. Collaboration & Business Insights

• Work with cross-functional teams (Accounting, General Managers, and other stakeholders) to understand data requirements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Science.
• Minimum 1 year in a financial or operations analyst role within a manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Indexing, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Strong ability to analyze and dissect Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Experience in using Sage X3, APIs, or other financial software tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Working Location: Kranji
