Job Title: Analyst (Entomologist) (Pest Control Company) (ID9045)
Location: Aljunied
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm with alternate Sat (9am-1pm), last Sat of each month compulsory to work
Salary: $2800 to $3200

Job Description:
• Provide quality technical reports and solutions to customers and team
• Devise a plan, investigate and monitor situations whereby our technicians did not manage to solve customers' problems
• Enforce compliance to applicable workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Develop Standard Operating Procedure for technicians
• Ensure positive client experience by ensuring positive experience in customer communication and smooth operation for the services rendered
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirement:
Min Degree in Entomologist, Fresh Graduate also acceptable
