Responsibilities
  • Oversee day to day office operations and administrative tasks and ad-hoc tasks
  • Responsible for updating the omnibus clients accounts and preparation of statements & transaction advices.
  • Assist with client's account requests and queries.
  • Assist in monthly calculation of investment return and distribution of payouts to clients/investors.
  • Provide support on banking/trading account matters (liaise with RM for e.g. opening/closing accounts, account maintenance, transactions etc)
  • Assist with application of Fund ISIN.
  • Provide support on corporate secretarial matters (liaise with Fund's corp sec for e.g. updates to bizfile, preparation of resolutions, filings to ACRA etc.)
  • Coordinate the signing of documents
  • Review Fund NAV reports and liaise with fund administrators on fund accounting matters.
  • Assist with Fund audits and review of draft FS.
  • Assist with preparatory work relating to regulatory reporting (e.g. MAS/DOS Surveys)
  • Ensure proper filing and record keeping of documents.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance, LCCI or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an accounting or finance function. Preferably with full set accounts experience.
  • Knowledgeable in understanding and reviewing financial statements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs.
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Able to act and operate independently with minimum supervision to accomplish tasks and meet assigned deadlines.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Those with experience in asset management industry will be highly regarded.
