Our client in the semiconductor industry is currently seeking a financial analyst to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The candidate specializes in analyzing and transforming data from diverse datasets into accurate and actionable insights, resolving discrepancies to ensure data integrity. They excel in financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for profit optimization, and creating comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business objectives. Their expertise extends to assisting with forecasts, business reviews, annual operating plans, and strategic planning. Additionally, they provide finance support for operations, including gross margin analysis, standard cost monitoring, and inventory flow management. The candidate is experienced in month-end and quarter-end closings, performing variance analysis between actual results and forecasts to track operational activities. They also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure precise financial reporting and drive process improvement initiatives.

Your Profile
The candidate holds a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and brings at least 3 years of experience as a financial planning analyst, preferably within a manufacturing environment. They possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP, Power BI, Onestream, and TM1 planning systems as an added advantage.
