You'll be responsibe for the Portfolio management across the region to achieve underwriting budget and underwriting profit in accordance with the company/regulatory guidelines or benchmark.

Main Duties:

• Assessment of risk acceptance according to underwriting guidelines.
• Negotiate and determine optimal terms of insurance policies with Business Unit or Intermediaries.
• Input to establish underwriting policies for commercial lines products region assigned to achieve growth and profit objectives
• Review and evaluate Commercial lines products that exceed BU's authority and provide technical guidance to the BU of the region assigned
• Supervise and monitor the operations of insurance activities of the company relating to CL classes on region assigned.
• Management of internal & external shareholders and clients
• Review and redesign or improve current work processes for better delivery of tasks/job output
• Provide technical support for Distributions
• Ensure consistency with enterprise risk management guidelines
