Main Responsibilities -

Actively identify cargo trading opportunities and expand trading volume based on team's annual main performance target

Assist team leader on LSFO & HSFO fuel oil cargo purchase for Hong Kong market and maximize fuel oil book's overall portfolio

Assist team leader on monitoring desk exposure and hedging against the exposure of the physical trade

Build and maintain good relationships with counterparties and main fuel oil players in Singapore trading hub

Assist in trading operations and responsible for smooth trading flow

Other ad-hoc duties/tasks as and when assigned

Requirements -

Bachelor degree and above in international trade, Business management or related field

Experience in managing the tankage and commercial operations of Singapore local terminal is a plus.

Good expertise on Hong Kong fuel oil (HSFO & LSFO) distribution and retail market is a strong advantage

Minimum five years hands-on experiences in fuel oil trading or blending operations

Proven track records in fuel oil trading and commercial operations

Good understanding of APAG fuel oil market, current and future market trends, supply & demand situations, product qualities, pricing patterns

Extensive business network and outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills

Good command of spoken and written Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking partners

Meticulous, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and willing to take challenge
