This leading global real assets investment management firm operates independently as an affiliate of a major commercial real estate services and investment firm. With an investor-operator culture, the firm aims to provide sustainable investment solutions across various real asset categories, geographies, risk profiles, and execution formats, ensuring that its clients, users, employees, and communities thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of customized investor reports, both quarterly and on an ad-hoc basis.
• Contribute to internal reporting, which includes investment summaries, valuations, available funds, and various analytical insights.
• Maintain the database of service providers.
• Update the sustainability and Green Certifications databases for the main APAC fund.
• Assist with the annual data collection and submission process.
• Help with the annual MAS survey submission.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Finance, Economics, Business or a related field with minimum 3 years experience of relevant experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to assess investment opportunities and performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, portfolio theory, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel, as well as experience with portfolio management software and databases.
