9-month contract | Private Bank

Work Location: CBD (Near Downtown MRT)

Salary: Up to $4000

Responsibilities:

• Conduct name screenings and ensure compliance with AML/CFT/CDD standards
• Review and assess screening results from various sources (e.g., Google, World Check, Factiva)
• Escalate potential or true hits that impact client risk profiles
• Ensure timely review and preparation of accounts and meet KPIs
• Serve as the main contact for Front Office queries and provide advisory support on adverse news and PEPs
• Assist with level 2 quality checks and support ad hoc projects or reporting as needed
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree with minimum of 1year’s conducting name screening experience in private banking
• Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel
• Only Singaporeans
