Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Daily Trade Operations monitoring & follow-up of transactions with Business Units or customers in accordance to the agreed service standard
• Perform reconciliation of transactions
• Daily monitoring of FX contracts
• Perform daily call back verification
• Perform checking of Trade invoices & shipping documents
• Perform data entry for AML/EWSS check
• Perform maker role for collection of fees
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Answer in-scope enquiries from internal and/or external customers
• Other operational & administrative functions

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder, ideally comes with relevant experience in banking operations
• Knowledge of Trade Finance Products / Processes would be an advantage
• Dedicated, self-motivated and a team player
• Meticulous and detailed oriented
• Capable of working effectively under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills
