Responsibilities:

• Review account documents submitted by RM
• Ensure accounts are opened in the systems
• Ensure document deficiencies are accurately tracked and escalated
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of amendments on the accounts
• Ensure quality service is provided to internal clients (RM & Assistant RM)
• Support other departments in various activities

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience in client onboarding documentations within PB sector
