In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including RMG, Legal, Compliance & Finance
  • Facilitate and co-ordinate information including obtain endorsements on duly completed proposal forms for timely renewal of GIP
  • Allocations of insurance premiums charged to entities and premiums settlement.
  • Manage the insurance program e.g. declaration / termination of coverage, acquisitions, attend to queries from entities and Broker, etc.
  • SDM of appointed Insurance Broker to ensure adherence and delivery of their services
  • Assist BU/SU/entities in their claim submissions and follow-up to ensure speedy settlement/closure of claims
  • Ensures Coverage Summary, Insurance Manual, Policy Wordings and Endorsements are received on time
  • Co-ordinate issuance of Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon requests
  • Maintain and update GIP SOP and Insurance Website in CRESA's Intranet
  • Facilitate purchase of ad-hoc insurance e.g. Motor Vehicle and Marine Cargo Policy, whenever required
  • Work with Group Procurement Services (GPS) on Renewal / Request for Proposal (RFP) of GIP Insurance Broker Contract
  • Ensure timely submissions of the followings:
    • Declaration of Conflict of interest (twice yearly) / Close relatives (yearly) / onboarding (as & when)
    • Annual declaration of Information Security Policy / Standard
    • Validation of supporting document for monthly Vendor's invoices
    • Update monthly users' feedback tracker / stakeholder survey
    • Conduct yearly Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) to ensure adherence to the Bank's service processes
  • Time requisition of Change Requests and related Purchase Orders
  • Budget forecast preparation and related general administrative supports for Facilities Management

Requirements
  • Tertiary education level in related field such as Finance, Business Admin with relevant knowledge of General Insurance preferred
  • Good mathematical proficiency including good excel skill
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
