Work Location: Central                                                                        

Working Hours: 8.40 am to 5.30 pm

Responsibilities:

• To assist in settlement duties and front office/client queries
• To input/cancel trades and import trades into back-office system
• Dissemination of daily reports daily Securities Revaluation report, daily Equity Option report, daily/monthly Position reporting, weekly transaction analysis Reporting, etc
• Processing of monthly maintenance fees, including completing CASH+ entries and inputting Swift manual instructed by Finance
• Monitor incoming SWIFT folder and sort corporate action SWIFT by custodian and event number, scanning SWIFT drafts
• To perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 years' experience of settlement/operations in banking industry.
• Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel                
• Only Singaporeans
