Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Processing:
• Process a variety of banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines and regulations.
• Assist with the reconciliation of transaction accounts, identifying discrepancies and making necessary adjustments.
Customer Service:
• Address customer inquiries and issues related to banking operations, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the resolution of customer-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Assist in the implementation and adherence to regulatory compliance in banking operations.
• Support risk management processes by identifying and reporting suspicious activities.
Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and customer information.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to banking operations activities.
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Strong Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
