Senior Investment Analyst (Start up)

A privately backed startup is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to support capital allocation, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities across the group. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Development and senior leadership to evaluate investments, partnerships, and expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess potential investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships through detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis

• Build and maintain integrated financial models including scenario and sensitivity analysis to support capital allocation decisions

• Support transaction execution including due diligence coordination, financial review, and advisor management

• Prepare investment memoranda, business cases, and Board materials to support governance approvals

• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to inform strategic positioning and timing of initiatives

• Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to evaluate financial and operational impact of growth initiatives

• Support post transaction performance tracking and integration analysis where relevant

Key Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisory

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills

• Experience supporting capital or strategic decision making

• Commercial mindset with strong communication skills

• Comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
