Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Finance Analyst to support project performance tracking and financial oversight.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion;
• Contribute to the development of project timelines, governance frameworks, and budgeting documents, including work breakdown structures and cost estimates;
• Consolidate project pipeline forecasts, track progress, and assist in preparing annual budgets and performance reports;
• Monitor resource utilisation, validate timesheets and vendor invoices, and generate operational dashboards to support decision-making;
• Identify and escalate risks related to project delivery or revenue, and recommend mitigation actions;
• Oversee invoicing and payment follow-ups in coordination with finance, ensuring timely collections and alignment with contractual and financial controls.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Accounting and Finance or a relevant field;
• At least 5 years of experience in budget and financial planning, including project management;
• Prior experience in a software consultancy or technology consultant;
• Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills;
• Ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities.
