The primary responsibilities include -

• Monitor and manage cash positions - prepare and execute wire transfers, ensuring accuracy, control and appropriate authorization.
• Support monthly/quarterly settlement of intercompany balances.
• Support investment reporting for global cash, reserve cash, and strategic investment portfolios.
• Support with preparing SOX workpapers.
• Maintain banking infrastructure by opening and closing bank accounts while updating signatories when appropriate.
• Provide support to Asia regional finance teams by answering Treasury related questions or resolve issues that come up when the US Corporate team is not available.
• Participate in other projects and initiatives to improve processes as required.
• Assisting in the administration of Lam's treasury workstation and banking platforms.
• FX exposure analysis and assistance with.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA a plus.
• 2-4 years of corporate treasury experience or 1-2 years of public accounting.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines/priorities.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in SAP preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
