Finance Specialist
STATS CHIPPAC MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.
Key responsibilities:
Accounting, Reporting & Analysis
1. Responsible for key accounting and financial reporting for HQ and its subsidiaries.
2. Handle accounting matters such as AP, Fixed Assets, Costing, and GL.
3. Maintain coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Preparation of entity's financial statements and any other essential reports.
5. Develop and streamline accounting procedures and systems.
6. Organize training for accounting personnel to reinforce best practices.
7. Collaborate with Shared Service Center and IT department to promote system and process optimization.
8. Perform variance analysis and provide explanations to the key fluctuations.
9. Any other duties as required.
Internal Control
1. Oversee and strengthen the development and enhancementof the internal control's risk and compliance framework.
2. Prepare and update internal control documents including authorization matrix, and operating manuals, etc.
3. Identify potential weaknesses in the risk control framework.
4. Rectify internal control deficiencies and conduct assessments on the effectiveness of the risk control framework.
5. Train finance and related personnel to understand internal control requirements, and correct working protocols.
Qualification:
1. min Degree with 3- 5 years of relevant experience in handling financial reporting, internal control and analysis.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Possessed ACCA, CPA and other relevant certifications.
