- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in risk consulting, enterprise risk management or internal audit.
- Strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO) and best practices.
- Proficient in developing and managing risk registers and risk reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in assessing risks and recommending control measures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation abilities-capable of delivering training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaled, and geographically distributed infrastructure environment.
- Preference for candidates with Big 4 Risk Consulting experience and exposure to the data center or tech infrastructure industry.
