Requirements

A successful applicant should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in risk consulting, enterprise risk management or internal audit.
  • Strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO) and best practices.
  • Proficient in developing and managing risk registers and risk reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in assessing risks and recommending control measures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation abilities-capable of delivering training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaled, and geographically distributed infrastructure environment.
  • Preference for candidates with Big 4 Risk Consulting experience and exposure to the data center or tech infrastructure industry.
