Job Description
Job Requirements
- Provide internal financial advisory and planning support to management and project teams
- Analyse project financial performance, cash flow, cost trends, and profitability
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for construction projects
- Advise management on financial risks, cost optimisation, and investment decisions
- Assist in tender financial evaluation and project feasibility analysis
- Work closely with Finance, Commercial, and Project teams on cost control and financial strategy
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management insights
- Support funding planning, banking coordination, and financial compliance matters
- Provide financial wellness guidance and education initiatives for employees when required
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, project finance, or construction finance preferred
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is an advantage
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Good understanding of project cost structures and cash flow management
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) will be an advantage
