Role: Finance Specialist

Location: Singapore

We're looking for a hands-on Finance Specialist to support daily finance operations, reporting, and forecasting in a startup environment. This role works closely with senior leadership and is ideal for someone whothrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance operations, including invoicing and collections
• Support credit control and follow up on outstanding payments
• Manage accounts payable and receivable using Xero
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking
• Prepare financial reports and ensure data accuracy
• Maintain finance records and support month-end processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Help improve finance processes as the company grows

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Hands-on experience using Xero
• Experience with invoicing, credit control, AP/AR
• Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, or financial models
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
