This role is suitable for professionals from finance, banking, insurance, business development, or client-facing roles, as well as individuals seeking a career switch into financial services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide personalised financial planning solutions to clients, including protection, wealth accumulation, retirement, and legacy planning.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct financial reviews and needs analysis.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development programmes.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve individual and group targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification (Degree holders welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with clients and building relationships.
• Prior experience in finance, banking, insurance, sales, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Entry level to experienced candidates are welcome
• Full training provided for candidates without prior advisory experience
