About the team
As a core member of our Seed Global Data Team, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Gain first-hand experience in understanding the intricacies of training Large Language Models (LLMs) with diverse data sets.The Global Expert Resource Growth & Operation lead is responsible for the end-to-end construction of the overseas expert ecosystem. This role transitions from traditional resource recruitment to strategic ecosystem building, focusing on the fundamental workflow design of recruitment, onboarding, and compliance frameworks for international talent. You will drive high-quality, large-scale growth of the expert pool-specifically targeting code and industry experts to support complex data production and model development needs through standardized and automated processes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Global Freelancer Resource Acquisition & Growth: Lead the expansion, evaluation, and capability profiling of core crowdsourced expert resources, ensuring the talent pool can meet diverse, high-standard data production needs.
2. Ecosystem Infrastructure & Process Design: Define the full lifecycle for overseas experts, including onboarding, testing, work processes, incentives, and settlement, activating expert engagement while ensuring delivery stability and efficiency.
3. Cost Strategy Control: Define reasonable task pricing and cost control strategies based on project needs and market conditions, enabling refined cost management across data production projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degrees and above. Have 3+ years of experience in domestic or international expert acquisition, ecosystem growth, or resource partnership development; familiar with the full lifecycle from expert onboarding to collaboration execution.
2. Strong resource sourcing and negotiation capabilities; able to proactively identify, evaluate, and contract high-quality expert resources internationally based on project needs and model development direction.
3. Proven experience in building or managing industry expert ecosystems, developer communities, or academic resource networks, with the ability to design effective resource tiering and tagging systems.
4. High proficiency in English and Mandarin as the daily work will involve close collaboration with global experts and China-based teams to drive project outcomes through expert resources sourcing, process management and cost control.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong business sensitivity and growth mindset; able to optimize resource structure through data insights and increase expert activity and contribution via events, incentive mechanisms, or thematic collaborations.
2. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; able to work efficiently with project managers, research teams, policy teams, and other stakeholders to align resource growth with project objectives.
