Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate costs.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for quotations and pricing.
• Track project costs, monitor variations, and prepare cost reports.
• Support project managers and engineers with cost-related insights.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (Merit preferred).
• 1-3 years' relevant experience in construction, engineering, or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and costing software.
