Join a world-leading US-based medical device multinational dedicated to improving healthcare through innovation. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving regional financial performance across the APAC region, supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and accurate forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the APAC region in alignment with global business objectives.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis on revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Develop and track business KPIs, providing actionable insights to regional and functional leadership teams.
• Partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives and performance management.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights to support regional reviews.
• Support process improvement projects and strengthen financial controls for efficient regional reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA / CMA / MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience, ideally within a FMCG, life sciences, or medical device environment.
• Proven track record in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable interacting with regional and global teams.
