Responsible for the full spectrum of corporate compliance, financial and management accounting functions of a portfolio of companies, ensure compliance with the Group's financial policies / procedures and local statutory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports

Analyze and review financial reporting

Perform cash flow forecasting as well as budgeting and forecasting

Formulate and implement processes to improve internal controls

Liaise and coordinate with the external corporate secretary, bankers, auditors and tax agents

Provide expertise in any ad-hoc corporate projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA)
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience with big 4 accountancy firm or mid-tier firm
• Sound knowledge of Singapore's IFRS, Corporation law, Taxation law and relevant statutory requirement
• Good command of written and spoken English coupled with the ability to formulate and articulate policies and instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to relate to people at all levels
• Proactive, meticulous, "hands-on" and able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
