Analyst, Structured Finance supports senior team members in search for market-driven opportunities related to debt financing and investment decision evaluations. Incumbent will support capital management, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, valuations and due diligence

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Collect and prepare data related to market trends and evaluation of company financial data and business development

• Collect and prepare data to support VP and top management to make economic and investment decisions

• Support senior team members in capital management and other financial strategy activities in order to optimize company's cash flows

• Support analysis of different debt financing options

• Support compiling, reviewing and verifying corporate finance related forms and documents

• Ensure complete and accurate maintenance of records

• Support as required senior team members in cultivating domestic and international banking relationships to explore suitable structured commodity finance products such as prepayment facilities, pre-export financing facilities, credit sleeve, inventory monetization

• Support documentation and tracking legal documents to ensure that all required documents are prepared, properly maintained / filed

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, like accounting or business

• A master's degree in finance or accounting, or a Master of Business Administration with Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) certificate is a plus

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

• 0-2 years in Corporate Finance, Investment banking or Corporate Development role
