DaVita International is seeking a Risk Officer to support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the Country Risk and Governance framework in Singapore. Role Overview
DaVita International is seeking a Risk Officer to support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the Country Risk and Governance framework in Singapore. This role works closely with thefunctional teams, and International Risk stakeholders to support riskreporting, governance processes, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Country Risk Management framework in alignment with DaVita International standards.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting operational, clinical, compliance, financial, people services and IT risks.
- Maintain and update the Country Risk Register, including tracking mitigation actions.
- Support incident, near-miss, and risk reporting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for the Country Risk Management Committee.
- Support policy governance processes, including documentation, reviews, and approvals.
- Coordinate risk and governance reporting to International stakeholders.
- Support internal audits, assurance reviews, and follow-up on management action plans.
- Work with functional teams to promote risk awareness and good governance practices.
- Assist in risk assessments related to business changes or expansion activities where required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Audit, or a related function.
- Prior experience in a regulated or operational environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Risk or governance-related certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, as the role requires regular communication with UK teammate.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
