Description

As an Analyst in the Corporate Analyst Programme, you will embark on three unique rotations across various divisions within the bank to gain hands-on experience in support and control functions before being placed in a permanent role. You will be deployed in roles based on the organization's needs, ensuring you have the right level of learning opportunities.

Responsibilities
You will develop proficiency on a learning pillar in each of your rotation in the business. The learning pillars include,

• Risk, Control & Compliance Management

- Build foundational understanding and appreciation in risk management or compliance concepts and practices that are integral to the industry.

• Data Analytics

- Understand the role of data, learn to harness the power of data analytics and leverage on data in decision making.

• Project Management

- Build experience with managing stakeholders, project timelines and milestones as well as give hands on experience of seeing the end-to-end of a project.

As a Corporate Analyst, you are also expected to value-add to a fast-growing organization through your involvement in both Programme and bank-wide projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• \tBachelor's Degree with less than 1 year of full-time work experience.

• \tFormer intern with Bank of Singapore in the last 2 years.

• \tAn excellent communicator with an analytical mindset, who can work effectively in different teams.
