Job Summary:

YPT is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting,and performance analysis across our growing Web3 and payments business. This role will work closely with management to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly,quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build financial models to evaluate business performance, new products, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs across business units.
• Perform cost control, margin analysis, and profitability reviews.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting where applicable.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and compliance teams.
• Prepare management reports, board materials, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA / ACCA / CFA (or progress toward certification).
• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or Web3-related industries.
• Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting regional or cross-border operations.
