The Company

Partnering with a PE fund with more than US$2B in global AUM to hire a Senior Finance Associate for their team. This role will work closely across Investment, Risk, Legal and HR teams, and report into a Finance Manager.

The Role

This role is responsible for fund accounting and reporting of global funds, with responsibilities not limited to the following:

• \tReview the work of external Fund Administrators.

• \tPrepare quarterly LP reports and the full set of accounts for the Funds and its SPVs.

• \tReview Funds' NAVs, LP allocations, Carried Interest, and IRR calculations.

• \tReview capital calls and distributions notices.

• \tMonitor the Funds' and Investments' performance.

• \tHandle any Investor queries on the Funds.

• \tWork with Investment Team on deal structuring, funding and final closing.

• \tAssist with audit, tax, and MAS regulatory filings as needed

Work arrangement: 1 day WFH, central Singapore

Your Profile

• \tBachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• \tCPA/CA/ACCA qualification preferred but not a must-have.

• \tMin. 5 years of experience in Private Equity fund accounting.

• \tTechnically competent, diligent, and high level of integrity.

• \tStrong communicator with excellent written and spoken English fluency.
