Working closely with the CEO, this role drives investment strategy, manages portfolio companies, and ensures operational and financial excellence.

Responsible for investment management - to evaluate and presentrecommendations as well as oversee investee performance

Identify new opportunities aligned with office goals

Manage internal/outsourced finance, legal, and compliance resources

Build networks with investors, partners and portfolio companies

Conduct portfolio reviews and maintain financial models

Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics. CFA/MBA preferred

Strong work tenure; at least 8 years of experience as Finance Manager in a family office/private investmentmanagement/corporate finance

Possess strong analytical and research skills

Excellent project, time management, communications and interpersonal skills

Commercially astute and familiar with spreadsheet modelling

Strong computing skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy

High sense of urgency and ability to multitask

Highly adaptable to a loosely structured environment. Leader with a collaborative and hands-onapproach

Office location: Near Tiong Bahru/Henderson| Mon - Fri (9:30am - 6:30pm)
