Senior Manager, Group FP&A

Purpose of the Role:
The Senior Manager of Group FP&A is highly responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis for the Group. Reporting to the VP of FP&A with regular interaction with the Group CFO, this hands-on role will work with a team to analyze and communicate financial results with strategic insights, as well as drive data-driven decision-making and value creation for the company.
What You'll Do :
• Financial Planning & Analysis
o Manage the Group's end-to-end financial planning cycle, including the annual budget, latest estimates (LE), and long-range strategic plans.
o Deliver insightful and timely monthly and quarterly financial / management reporting packs for senior leadership and the Board.
o Manage and analyse Group OPEX and Below Operating Profit items (e.g., FX, interest income / expense), providing clear commentary on key drivers and their impact on overall profitability.
o Work closely with Corporate Controlling team to ensure all policy guidance are reviewed and implemented across the business units.
o Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with Country Finance Leads and Business leaders to ensure accurate and timely financial submissions.
• Business Partnering
o Act as a key financial business partner to corporate functions, providing robust analysis and decision support.
o Carry out in-depth analysis of specific key business drivers to understand the root cause of business issues and the impact of various business options / decisions.
o Support monthly performance reviews with the CEO/CFO, leveraging Power BI dashboards to communicate financial results and strategic insights.
• Strategic Financial Planning
o Support long-range Strategic Planning process including performing full financial projections.
o Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions, providing data-driven insights to drive profitability.
o Work with various Business Units & Corp functions to align Key assumptions to be incorporated.
o Conduct in-depth profitability and ROI analysis on key business initiatives to guide resource allocation and strategic choices.
o Support the annual Management Incentive (MIP) / Long Term Incentive Program (LTIP) target setting / tracking / achievement communication process, fostering accountability and business performance across the organization.
• Value-adding Projects and Process Improvement
o Streamline and automate financial planning, reporting and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
o Drive the implementation of financial systems and tools that advances the company's analytical capabilities, including being flexible and innovative in embracing and utilising new technologies.
o Lead and contribute to high-impact Group and Business Unit projects that drive improvements and strategic value.
Must-Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 10+ years of post-qualifying experience.
• Extensive experience in business planning, management reporting, financial analysis / modelling and business partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Functional knowledge and experience with ERP, Financial Planning and Business Analytics tools such as SAP, BPC, Power BI.
• Strong spreadsheet and Powerpoint presentation skills.
• Communicate effectively in English

• Leadership experience in Group FP&A roles.
• Implementation of AI tools in Finance.
• Independent self-starter with drive for process improvement in a fast-paced, ambiguous and evolving environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data, structure information and clearly communicate conclusions and recommendations from the analysis of data.
