Role Overview:

• As a Change Management Analyst, you'll support system implementations by:
• Driving user adoption through strategic communications
• Designing and delivering training programmes for diverse audiences
• Facilitating change management activities, including readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement
• Analyzing adoption metrics to improve processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Communications Support - Newsletters, announcements, feedback loops, and messaging strategy optimization.
• Training Development & Delivery - Tailored programs, user guides, ongoing support, and needs analysis.
• Change Management Activities - Impact assessments, resistance management, adoption monitoring, and workshops.
• Analysis & Assessment - Stakeholder mapping, requirements analysis, and data-driven change assessments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Understanding of change management principles and adult learning methodologies
• Experience in training delivery, change management, or communications
• Project coordination experience and training tools proficiency
• Data analysis skills to support change decisions
