Job Requirements
- Conduct investment analysis, due diligence, and feasibility studies for potential projects;
- Build and review financial models and investment structures;
- Monitor investment execution, post-investment management, and exit strategies;
- Liaise with external parties such as investment banks, law firms, and accounting firms;
- Participate in fundraising, M&A, or listing-related projects when applicable;
- Provide professional investment insights and decision support to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, listed companies, or major financial institutions;
- Strong financial analysis and investment evaluation skills;
- Legal knowledge is a plus (e.g. company law, securities law);
- Strong analytical thinking, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
