Job Summary

Seeking a Business and Solution Analyst responsible for designing, enhancing, and supporting the Cash Management digital platform and core banking payment systems. The role involves end-to-end feature ownership, solution design, and collaboration across Agile teams to ensure successful delivery.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have 8+ years of experience as a Business/Solution Analyst in banking IT, especially payments and core banking systems;
• Must have hands-on expertise in Global PayPlus (GPP) v4.6.24+, including configuration and rule implementation;
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT formats, payment field/value mapping, and validations;
• Deep understanding of payments domain (Payments Hub, Clearing & Settlement, ACH, FX processes, etc.);
• Proven ability in requirement gathering, documentation, and creating clear feature specifications;
• Solid understanding of application architecture and end-to-end flows to support complex solution design;
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience in the broader financial services industry, with exposure to modern payment and FX solutions;
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks to enhance QA efficiency and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of feature development, including requirement analysis, estimation, and delivery;
• Act as a feature owner, collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads;
• Perform business analysis and solution design, including configuration and rule implementation in GPP;
• Define acceptance criteria, support test automation, and validate end-to-end testing results;
• Prepare detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and support project planning;
• Provide functional support, maintenance, and ensure stability of cash management and reporting applications;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive successful delivery.
