The Investment Analyst will support the Company's real estate investment activities through comprehensive research, analysis, and reporting. The role involves evaluating investment and development opportunities, supporting financial modelling work, and contributing to ongoing asset management and investor reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Company's real estate investment activities through comprehensive research, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct market research and compile relevant data to evaluate real estate investment and development opportunities.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial models for feasibility studies, underwriting, and valuation analyses.
• Contribute to the preparation of investment materials, presentations, and internal approval papers.
• Assist in monitoring asset performance and preparing asset management reports, investor updates, and other documentation required for ongoing portfolio and project tracking.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or members of the investment team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (exposure to direct real estate investments will be preferred)
• Strong numerical aptitude, with solid analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership; comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents will be considered.
