- Align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build an efficient, predictable revenue engine.
- Oversee processes, tools, and analytics supporting all go-to-market teams.
- Optimize revenue funnels and ensure smooth handoffs across departments.
- Report to the Chief Revenue Officer; role requires a data-driven, process-focused mindset.
The Role
- Align cross-functional teams to support shared revenue goals.
- Improve lead, pipeline, forecasting, and retention processes; remove bottlenecks.
- Manage and optimize RevOps tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, CS tools).
- Build dashboards, track KPIs, analyze data, and advise leadership.
- Support forecasting models and help Sales with resource planning and quotas.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM and RevOps data; enforce data governance.
- Deliver training on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Lead cross-team projects, tool rollouts, and process improvements.
The Requirement
- 3-5+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops in B2B SaaS.
- Strong grasp of full revenue lifecycle (leads → pipeline →customers).
- Regional exposure is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Strong analytical ability and data interpretation skills.
- Organized, detail-driven, with solid project management experience.
- Collaborative, with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
