Role Overview

The Technical Lead (System Analyst) will bridge businessrequirements and technical solutions, leading analysis, design, and delivery ofsystems aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead solution design workshops with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support implementation, testing, and deployment of systems.
• Ensure documentation, impact analysis, and compliance with IT standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams.

Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience as a system analyst or technical lead.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Experience in software delivery and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
