Role Overview:
We are seeking a sharp, intellectually curious Equity Research Analyst to join our investment team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment with significant exposure to the investment decision-making process. The ideal candidate will be a strong critical thinker with high integrity, a team-first attitude, and a keen attention to detail. We value analytical ability, sound judgment, and character over specific prior experience.
Responsibilities:
• \tConduct in-depth fundamental research on global large-cap companies across sectors
• \tAnalyse company financials, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning
• \tDevelop and articulate an investment thesis based on independent thinking and thorough analysis
• \tWork closely with portfolio managers and other analysts in a highly collaborative process
• \tMonitor existing investments and update views as new information becomes available
• \tCommunicate ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally
• \tPrepare and present investment theses and strategies to internal and external parties, and to support our business development activities

Preferred Background:
• \tBachelor's degree or higher from a rigorous academic program
• \tWe welcome candidates who bring rigorous analytical skills, whether from investing, consulting, banking, or other problem-solving roles. Prior buy-side experience is not a prerequisite
• \tPassion for investing and markets, including your personal investments
