We are looking for an Investment Operations Associate to join our Business Operations team. You'll play a key supporting role in building and maintaining the operational workflows that enable our investments function to run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Support the Investments team in understanding, structuring, and executing operational workflows across different investment products and trading activities
• Assist in designing and maintaining operational processes for products such as spot trading, derivatives, token investments, and DeFi interactions
• Contribute to the development of operational frameworks and controls for various strategies
• Work closely with technology teams to help test, refine, and optimize operational tools and workflows
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for operational procedures
• Monitor operational metrics, flag issues, and assist in identifying process improvements
• Act as a coordination point for operational queries between Investments and other internal teams

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in financial services, trading operations, product control, fund operations, or a related role
• Basic understanding of digital asset markets and/or DeFi ecosystems (willingness to learn is key)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams or managing operational tasks
• Exposure to process improvement or implementing operational controls is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in a second or third language (e.g., Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese etc.) is preferred.

Technical Skills

• General understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets (experience with DeFi protocols is a plus, but not required)
• Comfort with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or dashboards is a bonus)
• Familiarity with trading systems or operational workflows is advantageous
• Basic awareness of smart contracts and on-chain operations (can be learned on the job)
