Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential logistics investment and M&A opportunities.
- Support investment and M&A projects: assist in organizing due diligence (financial, legal, operational), assist in building financial models, and contribute to transaction preparation and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to monitor post-investment asset performance, including rental income and occupancy rates, and suggest operational improvements.
- Collect and analyze market information, regulatory policies, and industry trends to support investment and strategy decisions.
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Logistics Management, or related fields.
- Possess at least 5 years of work experience in infrastructure investment and M&A, be familiar with the European logistics market, and have relevant communication experience as well as teamwork and coordination capabilities.
- Proficient in financial modeling and valuation methods; familiar with asset transaction processes is a plus.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in bothChinese and English. (Daily work includes communicating with the headquarters and clients in China and writing reports in Chinese)
