We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support strategic planning, financial performance, and cross-functional decision-making across our growing digital-asset and payments-led ecosystem.
This role works closely with leadership and product, leveraging financial insights to guide operational efficiency, capital allocation, and revenue optimization.

The position is based in Dubai and includes a competitive compensation package with an additional monthly allowance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles across business units.
• Develop financial models supporting product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
• Provide detailed variance analysis and performance insights for leadership reporting.

Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic advisor to product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Translate business trends into clear financial recommendations.
• Support cost management, vendor assessments, and ROI evaluation for new initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial goals with business outcomes.

Revenue & Commercial Support

• Monitor revenue performance, unit economics, customer behavior, and margin trends.
• Collaborate with GTM teams on commercial planning, pricing proposals, and partner due diligence.
• Evaluate the financial impact of strategic partnerships, integrations, and ecosystem expansions.

Data, Reporting & Controls

• Enhance management reporting and dashboarding frameworks for real-time financial visibility.
• Ensure integrity and consistency of financial data across global operations.
• Work with Finance leadership to uphold internal controls, financial discipline, and compliance with international standards.

Strategic Projects

• Support M&A assessments, investment evaluations, and fundraising-related financial analysis.
• Contribute to financial strategy for new markets, digital-asset initiatives, and operational scale-up opportunities.

Requirements

Experience & Background

• 5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or strategy finance roles.
• Experience in payments, digital assets, fintech, technology, or high-growth companies.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities; comfortable working with large datasets.
• Prior experience in international or multi-entity organizations is an advantage.
• Exposure to Web3/crypto environments is a plus but not mandatory.
