- Support relationship managers in delivering a comprehensive range of banking services to customers within your coverage area, helping achieve business unit revenue targets through attentive service.
- Execute credit transactions as instructed by the Agent Office, overseeing extensions of credit booked in Singapore and ensuring all activities are conducted accurately and efficiently.
- Manage administrative aspects of booking credits, including funding, extension or collection processes, and promptly reporting any issues such as repayment delays to the Agent Office.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally within the organisation and externally with clients, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle day-to-day business transactions with assigned customers, ensuring smooth processing and resolution of enquiries while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Facilitate customer onboarding services by updating required documentation and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines as well as external regulations.
- Partner with Operations teams to guarantee seamless transaction processing, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during execution.
