THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT:

You will be part of the Professional Services Team whose mission is to successfully deliver our unique

and configurable solution to customers and support our Partner community with high quality

standards and a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Our team is very hands-on with a

strong mindset of problem-solving while also having the ability to think holistically and provide

solutions that solve the customer's long-term challenges.

ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst at Ivalua. As a Magic Quadrand; leader, our

solutions work in a complex global economy, automating customized workflows to request, procure,

receive, and pay for goods and services. Our innovative solutions refine the procurement lifecycle

while reducing cost and risk.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PMO Analyst to support the Program Manager and

the Professional Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful

delivery of our projects by helping to maintain governance, track key metrics, and prepare high-

quality reports and presentations for various stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in enabling our

project teams to deliver on time and on budget.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Assist the Program Manager in the oversight and coordination of multiple implementation

projects.

• Develop, collect, and analyze project data, including status reports, budget forecasts, and

resource utilization.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive program and project documentation, including project

plans, risk logs, and key metrics.

• Create and deliver compelling presentations and dashboards for project reviews and

executive-level meetings.

• Support decision making with accurate and timely project data

• Contribute to lessons learnt and maintain a knowledge base for project delivery including all

the project related templates, guidelines etc.

• Support the implementation and enforcement of PMO standards, methodologies, and best

practices.

• Help track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in the coordination of

mitigation plans.

• Facilitate effective communication and information flow between project teams,

stakeholders, and management.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or project

coordination role.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and reporting.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.) and data visualization

tools.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver

clear, effective materials.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Soft Skills :

• Expertise in formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

• A Bachelor's (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a closely

related field or foreign equivalent is preferred.

• Some travel may be necessary (~20%)

• You will go through Ivalua's certification process to learn the Product.
