Role: We are looking for a motivated Valuation Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, valuation modeling, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing valuation models (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.)
• Prepare and support valuation reports and presentations
• Conduct market and industry research to gather data for valuation inputs
• Analyze financial statements and assist in data compilation

Who We're Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of financial modeling is a plus
• Excellent communication and research skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn and a team player
