We are looking for a data analyst with a passion for data and strong analytical skills to join our Singapore team. This role will involve extracting valuable business insights from complex data to support product optimization, operational efficiency improvements, and business decision-making. Ideal candidates should possess excellent data analysis skills, a solid foundation in statistics, and the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights: Deeply analyze business data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide data support to the product, marketing, and operations teams.
Indicator System Construction: Establish and maintain a business data monitoring indicator system, and design key business indicator dashboards.
Business Report Development: Develop and optimize automated business reports to improve the efficiency of data acquisition and utilization.
Data Mining: Utilize statistical analysis methods and data mining techniques to discover business optimization opportunities and growth points.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and risk teams to understand business needs and provide data solutions.
Data Quality Monitoring: Participate in data quality management, identify data issues, and drive improvements.
Visualization: Clearly and effectively communicate analysis results and recommendations using data visualization tools.
A/B Test Design: Assist in the design and analysis of A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of product features and operational strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis; experience in Fintech, Internet, or Financial Services industries is preferred.
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and processing; strong database knowledge.
Proficient in at least one data analysis tool (e.g., Python, R) and familiar with commonly used data analysis libraries.
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.).
Strong statistical foundation and familiarity with common statistical analysis methods.
Excellent business understanding and logical thinking skills; able to transform business problems into analytical topics.
Detail-oriented; excellent problem-solving skills and a strong team player.
