- Proficient in C#, NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET (Core), MVC, Web API, Entity Framework (Core), SQL and DB Objects, Control M, Unix cmd/bash.
- Good knowledge of Cloud computing, e.g. Azure, AWS.
- Good knowledge of performance optimization.
- Good knowledge in Control M jobs handling (e.g. draft changes, hold, rerun jobs, command line change).
- Good knowledge in Informatica troubleshooting.
- Experience in Java/Python is a plus.
- Experience in Datadog/log reading/Airflow/Openshift is a plus.
- Good in documentation, preparing technical proposals, and conducting technical discussion.
- Experience in support triage, incident management, problem management.
