We're seeking a Private Equity Analyst to join our client's team and support investment decisions across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals and gain exposure to high-impact deals.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct industry and company research to identify potential investment opportunities
• Build financial models (LBO, DCF, and scenario analyses) to assess investment returns and risks
• Assist in due diligence, including market, operational, and financial analysis
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal investment committees
• Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, tracking key KPIs and supporting operational improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to support deal execution

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and capital markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, or asset management is a plus
