Role Description:

Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist in investment acquisition & business development works, led by Managing Partners

• Assist in asset management activities under the Firm's mandate

• Undertake business research, financial modelling and prepare reports including preparation of presentations to potential/existing investors/stakeholders

• Setting and tracking project timelines, key milestones and budgets for the Managing Partners

Key Competence

• Major in one of the following areas: Real Estate/Finance/Technology

• Capabilities in Business Research, Financial Modelling and Presentation/Report Writing with AI competency

• Resourceful and aptitude for learning

• Numerate and mathematically inclined

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Team oriented and self-motivated

Prerequisites:

• BSc with major in Business Management, Economics, Real Estate and Finance

• Some experience in similar work environment will be advantageous for the Analyst role

• Fresh graduates may be considered for Internship role

• Matured candidates may be considered for specific roles and based on flexible work hours

• Position is based in Singapore
