Automation Analyst

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business processes suitable for automation using process maps (PDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Identify and quantify automation opportunities, focusing on improving efficiency and controls.
- Work closely with RPA developers to ensure clarity of requirements and the technical feasibility of the proposed automation solutions.
- Create and document test procedures, scenarios, and cases. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements and quality standards.
- Assist in the deployment of automation solutions and provide L1-L3 support for existing automations, including troubleshooting and problem-solving issues that arise in day-to-day operations within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
- Ensure all automation initiatives adhere to established governance, security, and quality standards, following Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
